RACV CSC Website

I, as the user of the CSC. Roadservice website hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions.

CSC. Roadservice website means Country Service Centres Roadservice , which is an electronic information display device deployed to and used by Country Service Centres to assist in service delivery.

The information and contents of the CSC.Roadservice website is available without limitation is proprietary to and confidential to the Country contractor network and their employees only.

The User will not at any time disclose the information contained on the CSC. Roadservice website to any person or use the information for any purpose other than providing roadside assistance without the prior written consent of the RACV (which may be withheld at the RACV’s absolute discretion).

The information contained in the CSC.Roadservice website may contain inaccuracies or errors. The RACV make no warranties or representations regarding the quality, accuracy, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the information contained in it.

The RACV will in no circumstances be liable to the User for any loss or damage (including without limitation consequential loss or damage) however caused and whether arising directly or indirectly from your use of the information contained on the CSC.Roadservice website.

To the extent permitted by law, the RACV specifically disclaim all warranties whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise relating in any way to the information contained on the CSC.Roadservice website.

The RACV are the proprietors of copyright in the information contained on the CSC.Roadservice website. No part of the CSC.Roadservice website may be reproduced, altered, modified, distributed, republished in any form or in any manner by the User without the prior written consent of the RACV (which may be withheld at the RACV absolute discretion).

The trade marks and logos of the RACV which are displayed in the CSC.Roadservice website is owned by the RACV. The User agrees that it has no right to use any of those trade marks and logos pursuant to this agreement and acknowledge and agree that use of the RACV trade marks and logos constitutes trade mark infringement.

Use of the CSC.Roadservice website is also subject to, and must be in compliance with, your Road and Towing Service Agreement (Country Service Centre) with National Roads and Motorists’ Association Limited (CSC Agreement) and the Code of Conduct attached to the CSC Agreement, as amended from time to time. If there is any inconsistency between this agreement and the CSC Agreement the CSC Agreement will prevail
